Restart the hearings aids to put them into pairing mode.

Open the Oticon On app and follow the pairing instructions.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices.

You should see the patient’s first name listed with the hearing aid model below it as well as L + R to indicate both sides were found.

Tap the hearing aid and then tap pair in the dialog box that appears.

To turn off hold the bottom button for about 3 seconds until you see an orange LED.

Turn the aid back on by holding the same button for about 2 seconds. You should see a green LED to indicate the device is powering up.
