Software Meeting Notes relevant to ezFIT 5.0 Milestones.

• Confirmed the need to support Noah 3.7 (rather than 4.0) in ezFIT 5.
  • Expected development time: 6 months.
• Discussed timeline for implementing ExSilent products in ezFIT 4.x.
  • A minimum of 2 weeks, but more likely about 4 weeks.
• Discussed working with ExSilent:
  • Setup initial meeting with their developers.
  • Share project source code to them.
• Need to replace tech support person, since 90-day contract is expiring.
  • This will free AJ's time for 4.x development, instead of doing support calls.
  • Job posting will be placed soon to find a likely candidate.
  • Job description needed.
• Agreed to delay implementation of Solutions Guide, in favor of equivalent super controls, to streamline delivery time of ezFIT 5.0.
  • If customers request it after original release, we can reassess timeline to add it in.
