ezFIT Optimizer (for Clarujust) Test Protocol

Test 1: Automated Test Cases

  • Run ezFITLiteClient.
  • Start Optimizer Server.
  • Set Serial Number, Device ID, and Audiogram (40 dB flat symmetrical hearing loss).
  • Run Unit Test.
  • Open Log and analyze it.

Test 2: Ad Hoc Tests

  • Run ezFITLiteClient.
  • Start Optimizer Server.
  • Set Serial Number, Device ID, and Audiogram (40 dB flat symmetrical hearing loss).
  • Perform the following operations:
    • Set Baseline60.
    • Change Bump, Tilt, and/or Gain.
    • Apply Settings.
    • Set Baseline80.
    • Change Bump, Tilt, and/or Gain.
    • Apply Settings.
    • Set Output60 and Output80.
    • Set Compression.
  • Open Log and analyze it.
  • Repeat the previous steps as many times as necessary, with variations to Bump, Tilt, and Gain.

Test 3: Application Test

  • Run ezFIT.
  • Create a Patient record with audiograms (40 dB flat symmetrical hearing loss).
  • Read hearing instruments (both) with ezFIT.
  • Perform standard “Normal (WDRC)” autofit for both instruments.
  • Perform Clarujust autofit for both instruments.
  • Program the hearing instruments.
  • Open Log and analyze it. In ezFIT, Tools > ezControl Center. In the new screen, Log > ezFIT Optimizer.

Test 4: Verifit Test

  • Analyze hearing instrument with Verifit analyzer.
