• Login to \\Server20081 as Administrator.
• Create an account in Active Directory. Verify that user is in the correct user group.
• Set the following under Active Directory > username > Properties > Account:
  • User cannot change password.
  • Password never expires.

Create an account in Office 365.

• Login at http://portal.office365.com
• Access the admin panel using the app menu at the top left.
• Create the user account.
• Setup Outlook to use new user information.

• Microsoft Teams

• Login to Cisco Configuration Assistant. Application installed in Administrator's workstation.
• Go to Configure > Telephony > Users/Extensions > Users and Phones
• Choose the phone to be configured and click Edit.
• Change First Name, Last Name and Line Descriptions.
• Save the changes to the UC560.

• Contact Terri Franco to create an account to get into the system.
• Install USB twinax adapter and software (\\server20081\Documents and Software\Software Installation Backup\System36\USBTwinax)
• Configure the twinax address for each System/36 session.

• Login to https://support.audina.net/Infusion/ as admin to create a user.
• Create a Desktop shortcut and Chrome bookmark to access this system.
