1. We do not have a TNT account, so the customer must initiate all shipments, and provide us their TNT Account.
2. Call TNT (1-800-558-5555) to schedule a pickup. We must provide the following:
   • Audina Booking Number: KR6940381
   • Customer TNT Account: Customer must send us this previously.
   • Package:
     • Value
     • Weight
     • Dimensions
   • Tariff Code (Harmonized code):
     • HEARING AIDS: 9021.40.0000
     • HEARING AID PARTS: 9021.90.0002
   • AES ITN Number. Generate the ITN number: ACE (AESDirect) Export Filing to obtain EEI (ITN Number).
   • AES Carrier SCAC/IATA, and Conveyance/Carrier Name (find information in EEI document filed in ACE).
     • South Korea: Carrier IATA = TAY, Carrier Name = TNT.
     • Egypt: Carrier IATA = DHL, Carrier Name = DHL.
   • No Dangerous Goods allowed.
   • OK to screen package.
   • Ship Method: Express.
3. Get email from TNT containing 5 labels. The labels are for the following:
   • Sender Copy.
   • Receiver Copy.
   • Data Prep.
   • Invoice Copy.
   • Customs Copy.
4. Place 1 label outside package. Place the remaining 4 labels into package pouch with Audina invoices (3 copies).
5. Wait for FedEx to send a label that will be placed outside of package, then it can be picked up by FedEx (since TNT does not offer service in Central Florida).
6. If required, provide copies of these documents to bank to obtain Draft/Bill of Exchange:
   • Bill of Lading/Air Waybill.
   • Commercial Invoice.
   • Certificate of Origin.
