1. We do not have a TNT account, so the customer must initiate all shipments.
2. Call TNT (1-800-558-5555) to provide the following:
   • Audina Booking Number: 327261
   • Customer TNT Account: Customer must send us this
   • Package Dimensions.
   • Package Weight.
   • Tariff Code (Harmonized code):
     • HEARING AIDS: 9021.40.0000
     • HEARING AID PARTS: 9021.90.0002
   • ITN Number. Generate the ITN number: ACE (AESDirect) Export Filing to obtain EEI (ITN Number).
3. Get email from TNT containing 5 labels. The labels are for the following:
   • Sender.
   • Receiver.
   • Data Prep.
   • Invoice and Customs.
4. If required, obtain Draft/Bill of Exchange from bank. Provide copies of these documents to bank:
   • Bill of Lading/Air Waybill.
   • Commercial Invoice.
   • Certificate of Origin.
