1. We do not have a TNT account, so the customer must initiate all shipments.
2. Call TNT to provide the dimensions, weight, Tariff Code (Harmonized code) and ITN Number. Generate the ITN number.
3. Get email from TNT containing 5 labels. The labels are for the following:
   • Sender.
   • Receiver.
   • Data Prep.
   • Invoice and Customs.
4. Obtain Draft/Bill of Exchange from bank. Provide copies of these documents to bank:
   • Bill of Lading/Air Waybill.
   • Commercial Invoice.
   • Certificate of Origin.
