The pairing for the audiometer is done in an unconventional way. If you try to pair through the control panel or typical settings Windows will ask for a pairing PIN. The audiometer can't be configured this way.

You must go into Bluetooth Settings and make sure “Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC” is checked and “Alert me when a new Bluetooth device wants to connect” is unchecked.

After calibrating the audiometer the software must be updated to reflect the new calibration date. You can do this by updating the Resources.csv file located in the Program Files folder.

GOtest and GOfit each output diagnostic log data to device.log and log.txt

Log files are located at:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\GOHear

1. Login to Lincware at https://gohear.lincware.com/clouda/login/gohear/gohear
2. From the System menu select Users and Groups.
3. Search for the office by username, name, or email address.
4. Add an attribute (if it isn't there already) called “Invoice” (it is case-sensitive) and set the value to True.
