Get first TNT email containing 5 consignment notes. Print off all copies of the consignment notes. These are for the following:
Get second TNT email with a FedEx shipping label. Place label outside of package, then FedEx can pick up package (since TNT does not offer service in Central Florida). Warning: If TNT booking is done after 1pm EST, it might take an extra day or two to generate this label.
Place Audina invoices (3 copies) into package pouch. When the TNT representative (FedEx) arrives to collect consignment, please hand over all copies of the consignment note with the exception of the Sender copy. (Retain this copy for our own reference).
If required, provide copies of these documents to bank to obtain Draft/Bill of Exchange:
