- Login to DHL.com
- Click on “Ship Now” (left column) to create a new shipment.
Recipient
Search for customer (in case we have their shipping address stored) in the Receiver Search (right column). If found, click on “Ship to Receiver” to load customer details into Shipment fields.

Commodity Details
Add a commodity. These harmonized codes are based on the US ITC Harmonized Tariff Schedule. Pick a commodity Harmonized Code that is applicable. For example:

Labels
The system will generate the package labels.
- Include the 3-barcoded label on the pouch with 3 copies on proforma invoice (if required).
- Leave the “ARCHIVE DOC” label (see top left on label) outside of package.
History/Summary
You can browse the history to view how packages were sent before.
