= Pairing SoundGate =

Read the hearing aids.

**NOTE:** To connect properly, you must have a battery inside the hearing aids.

After detecting the hearing aids, select Options > Start Pairing

Follow instructions on pairing.

**NOTE:** To pair hearing aids to SoundGate properly: 
  * Keep hearing aids between 12 - 19 inches (30 - 50 cm) away from SoundGate. No less and no more than that.  
  * Keep neck loop connected to SoundGate.  This is the antenna.

If it fails to pair, you will see this dialog.  Try adjusting the distance (must be between 12 - 19 inches (30 - 50 cm)) and pairing it again.

When it successfully pairs, you will see this confirmation to end the process:

Now you can see the paired device instead of the "Start Pairing" button
