  * Ask customer to visit http://joinme.com and click on < Share > button.
  * After JoinMe application runs on their machine, ask them for the session ID.
  * Go to http://joinme.com, type the provided session ID, and click on < Join > button.
  * After connected, click on the Mouse/Keyboard Sharing button to request for control.
